The SMU Department of Statistics and Data Science invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position to begin in Fall 2025. We seek scholars who have outstanding qualifications in statistics and data science and a commitment to interdisciplinary research and inclusive teaching. Faculty will teach in our undergraduate and graduate programs, conduct research in statistics and data science, and collaborate, as appropriate, with colleagues in other disciplines.
