The University of Chicago?s Department of Pediatrics and the Institute for Population and Precision Health seek a part-time Lecturer. The position is part-time and not benefits eligible. In collaboration with the course director, the appointee will develop and teach an introductory course covering ethical and legal questions in clinical research and healthcare data. Students will be exposed to a broad range of topics, including hospital decision support tools, electronic health record implementation, privacy and security of healthcare data, genomic testing, and authorship and peer review.
