The laboratory of Dr. Jotham Suez at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health seeks to recruit a Sr. Research Data Analyst with extensive experience analyzing biological data in a research environment, with an emphasis on microbiome analysis. We are a hybrid experimental/computational team utilizing big data (metagenomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics) to study the microbiome and virome in human health and disease.
