The Department of Medicine, Division of Rheumatology is seeking a Research Assistant to work under the direction of the Principal Investigators (PI) and Research Program Manager and assist in data analysis at the Hopkins Lupus Center. The Center is focused on nephritis, the development of biomarkers and study of pathogenic mechanisms of lupus nephritis. The research studies involve the joint analysis of multiplexed imaging of 100+ kidney biopsies, urine proteomics, single cell RNA sequencing, and other technologies. Specific Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain knowledge of the study protocol.Work with the PI and the other research team members.Assist with the image registration and processing of multipl
