The research laboratories of Drs. Mittendorf, McAllister, and Van Galen seek a skilled computational biologist to build and lead a collaborative computational team to support projects focused on sequencing and imaging data in the realm of aging and cancer. We are a highly collaborative translational and basic research group dedicated to exploring critical questions about aging and its impact on cancer initiation, progression, and response to therapy. Our research focuses on breast and hematopoietic malignancies, utilizing advanced single-cell and high-dimensional analyses, with access to valuable patient samples and datasets.
