Assistant Professional Researcher - Schneider LabUnder the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI), the incumbent will participate in developmental biology research projects directed towards understanding molecular and cellular mechanisms of skeletal patterning and differentiation in bone, cartilage, muscle, and tendon. Incumbent will be assigned their own projects as well as help support projects of key lab personnel, assist in, and perform surgery in avian embryos, cell culture, and standard molecular biology techniques including but not limited to DNA cloning and isolation, PCR, RNA isolation, RT-PCR, protein isolation, and western blot analysis.
