Research Technologist
The Pathology Department is seeking a Research Technologist. This position is crucial for maintaining the continuity and efficiency of our research projects. Under general supervision, the new hire will perform essential laboratory tasks, including bioinformatics analysis, genotyping, western blotting, microscopy analysis, RT-PCR, data collection, and figure generation. Additionally, they will be involved in novel gene therapy development using in vitro cell culture of human-derived neuronal subtypes. This is extensive work that requires a high level of specific expertise to ensure the success and accuracy of our research. Flexibility across wet lab and dry lab methods and techniques is necessary to accommodate the experimental demands, ensuring that our research progresse
