Position DescriptionThe Marks lab in the Department of Systems Biology is looking for a Software Engineer to work in a team using state-of-the-art machine learning approaches for modeling genomes and proteins from viruses to humans. This person will join a vibrant Computational Biology lab at Harvard Medical School and work as part of a team to build open source software to predict the effects of genetics and viral evolution modeling, genetic variation on human disease and protein design - among other projects.
