Research Technician to assist and communicate with Principal Investigator (PI) Katelyn Swindle-Reilly in management of the research lab and lab experiments. The laboratory works on innovative translational research using polymers for biomaterials and drug delivery applications. Assists with experiment set up and operation in a laboratory located in the Department of Biomedical Engineering; responsible for cell and tissue culture, polymer processing and/or synthesis, and drug release assays; assists in developing standard operating protocols, conducting research experiments, potentially working with in vivo models, and basic data analysis (analytical assays, histology, image analysis, gene expression assays, biochemical assays, etc.); assists in supporting other laboratory members
