System Chair, Department of Pediatrics The Carilion Clinic and Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine (VTSOM) invite applications and nominations for the System Chair of Pediatrics. The Chair will oversee the Department of Pediatrics and its clinical entities to advance the breadth and depth of clinical programs. The Chair, in collaboration with senior stakeholders, will strategize to foster innovative care delivery models and viable approaches to enhance access, improve overall quality and safety, and elevate a connected family experience. This individual will oversee the financial growth and sustainability of the Department and all clinical and programmatic duties, with a focus on attracting, retaining, and
