The Systems Imaging and Bioinformatics Laboratory in the Department of Computational Medicine and Bioinformatics, University of Michigan is seeking a Research Lab Tech Senior to develop analysis workflows for multiplatform genomic and imaging datasets. The RA will be responsible for development of genomic and image analysis workflows as well as predictive models to relate phenotypes and genetics with clinical outcomes.Multiple collaborative opportunities are available at the University. Our collaborators include clinicians and methodologists at the University, including the Michigan Institute for Data Science (MIDAS). Additional opportunities for collaboration are available with faculty in the Radiation Oncology and Statistics departments.A
