Assistant/Associate/Full Specialist- Quigley lab
The Quigley lab is a primarily computational group that studies how tumors develop resistance to cancer therapies. We are seeking a staff bioinformatician for projects that define how resistance to targeted therapy arises, and how genomic and epigenomic alterations determine which patients will benefit from a therapy. Recent projects from our group have been published in Cell, Nature Genetics, and Cancer Discovery (see https://quigleylab.ucsf.edu). The candidate will work in a collaborative environment to develop one or more projects using a combination of DNA, transcriptome, and epigenomics assays. Most of our data are unpublished.
