Job Description:Summary:Using various molecular biology techniques and computational biology approaches, the Staff Scientist will work in conjunction with the PI and the lab manager to design and conduct experiments, analyze data, and collaborate with other scientists to better understand the mechanistic underpinnings of neonatal lung injury and the role of senescence and mitochondrial metabolism in this process.The Dennery lab has been focused on understanding neonatal lung injury for over three decades. Since moving to Brown 8 years ago, the laboratory has been focused on understanding the role of senescence and metabolism in neonatal hyperoxic lung injury. Models used are rodents
