We are seeking a technician to manage a complex mouse colony with several genetic crosses, including breeding and genotyping. The technician will also carry out mouse surgery experiments to study tendon healing and analyses related to outcomes, including immunofluorescence, western blotting, gene expression, and biomechanics assays.
