Research Scientist opportunity at the laboratory of John Sunwoo in the department of Stanford Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery (OHNS). Sunwoo laboratory studies the interaction between tumor cells and the host immune system. Current research projects include: understanding the role of innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) and NK cells in the context of cancer; understanding how epigenetic changes in the tumor microenvironment modulate immune responses; and understanding tumor-intrinsic mechanisms driving immune response and/or evasion.
