Vacancy ID: PDS004151Position Summary/Description: The Post-Doc Research Associate will be involved with biomedical research, including experimental design and performance, data analysis, assist with manuscript and publications. Infectious agents cause around 20% of all cancers, the majority being viruses. We work on the fundamental biology of Kaposi Sarcoma and viruses. This position would involve completing existing projects and developing new methods specific to human tumor viruses, cancer, and the microbiome. State of the art equipment is available exclusively for this project. This includes equipment to perform animal studies. The entire work, including bioinformatics, would be performed in-house.
