The Moslehi Lab is now recruiting for a Junior Specialist. The incumbent will pursue several projects related to the growing concerns of cardiovascular toxicities associated with cancer immunotherapies and other chemotherapeutic drugs. We are currently generating and characterizing pre-clinical mouse models that recapitulate the cardiovascular toxicities associated with novel cancer immunotherapies like immune checkpoint inhibitor myocarditis and using these models to elucidate underlying cardiovascular and immunological biology. In parallel, these scientific observations are coupled with a robust clinical surveillance program.
