The Marine Microbiomics Lab under the supervision of Prof. Shady Amin at NYU Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant who is interested in the broad area of the microbiome and its influence on host health, physiology, adaptation and evolution. Our lab works on a broad range of ecosystems, organisms and questions related to host-microbiome interactions, human health, environmental microbiology and biogeochemistry.
