Position Summary A Research Associate position is available in the Banzhaf Lab in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Michigan State University.  The research project focuses on: - Machine learning based protein engineering. - Evolutionary computing approaches to synthetic biology. - Developing innovative approaches for medical image processing. The successful candidate will be expected to write code, conduct simulation experiments, collect and analyze data, give presentations about the research, write papers and provide progress reports to the Principal Investigator, and mentor undergraduate and graduate students in the lab.
