School: Faculty of Arts and SciencesDepartment/Area: Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology and iPS CorePosition Description: The iPS Core seeks an experienced, well organized, and diligent cell biologist to work on generating functional human islets from induced pluripotent stem cells. This role requires in addition to technical expertise in stem cell culture, effective communication and excellent critical thinking and organizational skills. This person will work closely with the beta cell foundry team (Doug Melton lab) to reproducibly produce and study stem cell/iPS-derived endocrine cells.
