The Modrek Lab in the Department of Radiation Oncology at USC is seeking a full-time Research Technician II.The Research Laboratory Technician II position will involve molecular biology, microscopy, sequencing library preparation, working with rodents, and/or handling of human pathology specimens for processing. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in mammalian cell culture and sequencing library/genomic library preparation. The candidate must have proficient communication skills, knowledge with a variety of computer programs for word processing, statistics, and image analysis.Requires at least 1 year laboratory experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated evidence of working well in a team environment, work
