The Department of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences of Marquette University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Data Science/Computational Statistics at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin August 2024. The Department seeks an individual with a doctorate by time of appointment in statistics, mathematics, data science or closely related field. Candidates with research in computational statistics, applied probability, machine learning, applied statistics, bioinformatics, statistical and/or data-driven modeling and forecasting are preferred.
