Staff Research Associate 4 - Molecular / Cellular Immunology
A Staff Research Associate (SRA) position is available in a translational research program in the molecular immunology, genetics and genomics of inherited disorders of the immune system. Prior experience and accomplishment with immunology and genetics protocols as well as human samples will be essential. Genetic and genomic techniques as well as gene expression, immune phenotyping and functional testing will be performed to define the nature of primary immune disorders and their responses to treatment. Appropriate controls must be designed and included with each experiment. Synthesis and use of gene transfer vectors including plasmids and retroviruses will be required. The incumbent will need to
