Specific technical/bench-work research (70%):Conduct background literature research on relevant topics including current methods and reagents.Design experiments and conduct investigations both independently and as part of a research team.Perform molecular biology and biochemistry research including preparing tissue lysates, nucleic acid isolation, qRT-PCR, Western blot and other assays.Ability and willingness to learn complex genomic and proteomic experimental techniques including tissue culture, histology and processing of human and mouse tissue samples for spatial, single cell and single nuclei genomic analysis.  Included with this will be evaluation and interpretation of genomic data, gene expression and pathway assessment.Sample and Data Man
