Identify and analyze the mechanism of action of hormones in porcine, bovine and human granulosa cells. Conduct in vivo experiments using mice of increasing ages to determine the actions of FSH glycoforms in vivo. Perform analysis of signaling pathways using reporters and western blot. Perform analysis of gene expression using RNA seg and qPCR. Maintain laboratory records and prepare reports and publications. Assist in the preparation of grant applications.
