Scheduled Hours40Position SummaryThe Bolton Lab is seeking a Bioinformaticist to advance research in cancer genomics. The focus of our group is on genetic susceptibility to cancer. We are particularly interested in characterizing how pre-leukemic mutations in the blood, clonal hematopoiesis, led to hematologic cancer and how we might prevent this. The group has led some of the largest and most comprehensive studies of clonal hematopoiesis (https://www.kellyboltonlab.org/). We seek an individual who can play a key role in analyzing and interpreting complex biological data, integrating multi-omics datasets, and developing innovative computational methods to extract meaningful insights f
