The Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California is seeking a Biostatistician I for our program project grant on “Statistical Methods for Integrative Genomics in Cancer” from the National Cancer Institute. The overall goal of this project is to develop novel statistical methods for analyzing high-dimensional omics data and apply them to genetic epidemiology studies with a focus on colorectal cancer. The specific project is seeking a Biostatistician I within this program is concerned with genome-wide search for disease networks and pathways and involves high dimensional mediation analysis and causal Network approaches.
