Postdoctoral Research Fellow - Freed-Pastor Lab
The Freed-Pastor Lab, specializing in gastrointenstinal cancer research, is seeking a qualified Postdoctoral Fellow.The lab utilizes molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, and organism models to study stem cell biology, gene regulation, epigenetic regulation, genetic dependencies, and drug discovery.?? Genome-wide molecular analyses of human and murine models routinely executed in the lab include WES, WGS, RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, CHIP-seq, ATAC-seq, CRISPR genetic screens, and drug compound screens. We utilize genetically-engineered, carcinogen-induced, nude xenograft, human and murine neoplastic organoid, and PDX mouse models to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying gastrointestinal cancer development.Located in Boston and the surroundi
