Research Assistant
The Research Assistant position is in a highly dynamic research lab with primary focus on the study of basic biology of human embryonic stem cells as well as human placenta in normal and pathological pregnancies.The individual at entry level (Staff Research Associate I) will primarily perform research experiments under the direction and training of senior scientists. The focus of the research is performing isolation, purification and identification of primary human placental trophoblast cells using laser capture microdissection.
