A Researcher position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Kirsten Nielsen. The successful candidate will engage in independent research focused on discovery and dissemination of new insights into Cryptococcus neoformans and other human fungal pathogenesis. Requirements for the position include responsibility for designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data, mentoring junior research group members, and developing presentations and publications in peer reviewed journals. In addition, it is anticipated that the successful candidate will develop grant applications for extramural funding, as well as work with the PI on her grant applications;
