Fellow (Post Doc) in Insect RNA Interference
About This Role:The Department of Entomology at Kansas State University (Manhattan, KS) invites applicants for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position to conduct a research project focusing on the development of RNA interference (RNAi)-based approaches for insect pest management. Research will involve investigating different strategies to enhance RNAi efficiency in insects. The research activities include design and performance of laboratory experiments, and data collection and analysis. The successful applicant will be expected to help prepare manuscripts and project reports, and present research at scientific conferences. The successful applicant will also have opportunities to help mentor graduate and undergraduate students in research. Why
