Scheduled Hours40Position SummaryThe Jain lab has opportunities for qualified bioinformaticists or data analyst with established expertise in single cell genomics. This applicant will be actively engaged in single nucleus RNA and chromatin state studies to define molecular changes and pathways in healthy and diseased states in human tissue (kidneys, bladder). The applicant will work with multidisciplinary teams in integrated analysis of different types of genomics datasets and expand upon our previous version of kidney atlas (doi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.07.28.454201), build new atlases, generate and test data driven hypothesis.
