The Gainetdinov lab at NYU's Department of Biology is looking for a highly motivated and independent individual to work as a Junior Laboratory Associate.This position is for a trainee preparing for a research path. It will provide development of technical skills; supervision by senior scientists incorporating individual development plan in support of training goals and those of faculty mentor; and possible publication of research findings during appointment period.The Junior Lab Associate will work on RNA biology. The Gainetdinov lab will combine molecular biology and biochemistry with computational approaches to understand how RNA metabolism is regulated in animals.
