Researcher 1 - Hematology, Oncology and Transplantation
We have an interest in utilizing computer algorithms as well as wet laboratory approaches to model gene behavior in tumors. This is purposed towards identifying cancer associated mechanisms, precision therapies or biomarkers.The researcher will work with Dr. Justin Hwang and his current team to conduct informatics driven research. The individual will be assigned three or more research projects in which the individual will be responsible in progressing based on the following:Responsibilities:50% Design and perform bioinformatics and wet laboratory analysis for projects.-Design overarching experimental plans using bioinformatics methods.-Development or implement computer code to analyze clinical geneexpression data with specified inputs and output
