Genome Informatics Lead
Function/Duties of PositionOregon Health and Sciences University seeks applicants for a full-time Genome Informatics Lead position at our facilities in Portland, Oregon. The employee will serve as a primary contact with a team of embryologists and experimental scientists, and will have a key role in generating, storing, processing and analyzing large-scale next-generation sequencing datasets and interpreting the results of the analysis with a goal to extract biological information from complex large-scale high-throughput data.
