The Research Technician will contribute to the laboratory's studies of proteins that regulate chromatin structure and function through epigenetic processes. Disruption of these processes leads to many human diseases including cancer. He or she must be able to prepare general reagents and chemical solutions. He or she will express and purify recombinant proteins and DNA for use in structural biology and biochemistry experiments.
