Vacancy ID: PDS003002Position Summary/Description:An NIH-funded postdoctoral position is available in Dr. Margaret Gulley's Lab (https://www.med.unc.edu/pathology/directory/gulley/) in the UNC-Chapel Hill Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. The goal of this research is to develop and implement genomic technologies to improve care of patients with cancer. Genomic assays are used for diagnosis, monitoring and prevention of disease. We collect data on the performance of assays such as NextGen sequencing, allele-specific DNA amplification (q-PCR, ddPCR), and RNA profiling (RNAseq, arrays, rtPCR). Lab
