Data Curation Scientist
Princeton UniversityThe Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics seeks a molecular/computational biologist at the Associate Professional Specialist rank in Kara Dolinski's biological database group at Princeton University. This is a one-year term position, with the possibility for renewal pending satisfactory performance and continued funding. The primary duty of this position is to analyze data obtained from scientific literature, systematic functional analysis projects, and the submissions of database users, primarily for the BioGRID database of molecular interactions (https://thebiogrid.org/). Data Curation Scientists are expected to perform analyses that require a high-level understanding of the biomedical scientific literature and experimental procedure
