TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE I, Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research-White Lab, to be involved in cutting-edge projects aimed at defining signaling networks and immunfopeptide presentation in cancer and infectious disease. To accomplish this, the lab's projects utilize a combination of mass spectrometry-based proteomics, phosphoproteomics, and immunopeptidomics coupled with bioinformatics and computational modeling of complex data sets. Responsibilities will include mammalian cell culture, sample preparation, liquid chromatography column construction, sample analysis, and data analysis. Will also be responsible for instrument maintenance (with assistance from other members of the lab) and general laboratory upkeep and support.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: B.S./B.A. in biochemistry, biological engineering, chemical engineering, molecular biology or a related discipline; at least two years of lab experience, which may include experience gained as an undergraduate; and excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills; PREFERRED: experience with molecular biology and cell culture techniques, and independent research experience.
