Zilkha Neurogenetic Institute (ZNI) is seeking a Department Business Manager to join its team at the Health Science Campus. The Department Business Manager will manage all of ZNI/Physiology and Neuroscience Human Resources and personnel matters, working closely with KSOM Human Resources to create job descriptions, post open positions for recruitment, and guide faculty and managers through the employee recruitment and hiring process. This position will also help with financial analyses to support ZNI/Physiology and Neuroscience Operations.  We seek a candidate that demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication, pay close attention to details, have strong organizational and writing skills, and an ability to thrive in a high-volume, multi-task-oriented environment.
