Position Summary: The Waksman Institute at Rutgers University seeks to fill a position as Postdoc Associate. Waksman Institute is home to over 15 faculty members who use a broad range of approaches and experimental systems in numerous well-funded research programs.The Postdoc Associate has responsibility for creating and analyzing transgenic maize lines through breeding and molecular genetics. The postdoc will also be able to perform routine molecular genetics analysis using nucleic acid extraction, PCR, qPCR, in situ hybridizations and microscopy.
