Parkinson's Center of Excellence - Social Worker III
The University of Iowa Health Care Department of Neurology is seeking a Social Worker III to support the Parkinson's Center of Excellence. This position will provide the social work services (e.g., preparing psychosocial histories, recommending and planning social treatment methods, organizing support group meetings and patient symposia, etc.) in the coordination of care for clinic patients diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease (PD). The Social Worker will also serve as a liaison to the Parkinson's Foundation as the Parkinson's Center of Excellence (COE) Coordinator.
