Bioinformatics AnalystBreast Cancer Genomics and EpigenomicsThe MGH Center for Cancer Research is looking for a bioinformatics analyst to study breast cancer. The general focus of our work is to understand the biology of breast cancer and specifically how the genetic and epigenetic underpinnings of these cancers govern early pathogenesis and affect outcomes and response to therapy. We also have a special interest in the molecular differences in tumor biology in women of different ancestry that contribute to worse outcomes in certain populations.This position is a joint appointment between the Breast Cancer Program Director Dr. Leif Ellisen's breast cancer research laboratory and the Cancer Center's computational group.
