Research Technician-Beroukhim Lab
A team of translational researchers led by Rameen Beroukhim at DFCI and Jesse Boehm at MIT seeks a research assistant to apply high-throughput genetic and functional genomic technologies to determine optimal treatment strategies for patients with cancers of the brain and other organs. Possible projects include: 1) Analyzing tumors from patients undergoing clinical trials to detect mechanisms of response and resistance to novel cancer therapeutic strategies; 2) Large-scale functional genomic screens to detect new therapeutic targets in brain and other cancers; 3) Evaluating new treatment combinations and dosing schedules to maximize tumor response; 4) Genomic profiling of human tumors and laboratory models across genetic, epigenetic, transcriptomic, and proteomic dimensions to devel
