Position Summary We are seeking a highly-motivated Research Associate (Post-Doc) to join Dr. Yu Zhang’s laboratory in the Department of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics at Michigan State University. The focus of the Zhang lab is to identify mechanisms that promote antibody diversification and suppress associated oncogenic lesions in B lymphocytes. The research associate will majorly work on a project investigating how 3D genome organization impact the processes of antibody diversification. The project will employ cell line and mouse models with a variety of state of art approaches, including CRIPSR/Cas9 mediated genome manipulation and various next generation sequencing techniques.
