We have a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position available in the Systems Biology & Drug Discovery lab led by Dr. Sriram Chandrasekaran at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Our lab develops drug-discovery software tools using machine-learning and systems biology.

The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will lead projects in building systems biology models to find drug regimens for treating tuberculosis and other antibiotic resistant infections.
Ph.D. in systems biology, bioinformatics, computational biology, bioengineering or related field
Experience with omics data analysis, specifically transcriptomics, proteomics, chemogenomics, and metabolomics dataK
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms or knowledge of systems biology approaches (network inference and genome-scale modeling)
Proficient with R, Python or MATLAB
