Physician Scientist in Radiation Oncology
The Division of Radiation Therapy in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Stanford University seeks a board eligible or board certified radiation oncologist with either a MD/PhD or a MD to join the Department as an Assistant Professor or Associate Professor in the University Tenure Line. This position is ideally suited for a physician-scientist with a translational research focus, where the majority of their time/effort will be allocated to laboratory-based research, with some commitment to clinical care and teaching.    The successful applicant is expected to develop an academic laboratory-based program relevant to the field of radiation therapy (e.g. cancer biology, radiation biology, immunology, cancer genomics, bioinformatics, etc.).
