Research Data Analyst
The Bloomberg Kimmel Institute is recruiting a Research Data Analyst (RDA) to lead single cell RNA sequencing and TCR sequencing analytics. The RDA will be active in the data pre-processing stages as well as analysis and interpretation of results. The RDA will be involved in designing and developing analysis plans to address biological hypotheses in our bank of single cell data, mostly acquired from lung cancer patients treated with checkpoint blockade. The position will interact daily with other data analysts within the Institute, as well as Immunologists, Genomics experts, and clinicians. This position requires collaboration with clinical and scientific investigators in research/study design, data analysis plans, algorithm development, grant applications, and preparation
