The Department of Computational Medicine & Bioinformatics (DCMB, Medical School) is seeking a highly motivated Bioinformatics Early Career Research Faculty member. This position is available immediately. As a Research Assistant Professor in our Department, we anticipate that a majority of your effort will be devoted to scholarly research activities related to the development and application of pipelines for predicting RNA and protein structure and function, and leveraging experimental constraints such as cryo-EM data to enhance modeling of multi-component complexes, working in the laboratory of Dr. Peter Freddolino.
