GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT: A Research Technician I/II position is available at the Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School in the lab of Christian Badr, Ph.D. which is part of the Neurology Department/Neuro-Oncology Division. Our lab is primarily focused on brain tumors research. We are investigating the molecular aspects governing tumor initiation and progression and using this knowledge to develop targeted therapies for brain tumors. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with background knowledge in molecular biology, cell biolo,gy and cancer genetics. Prior laboratory experience and proficiency in cell and molecular biology techniques are required. Experience in small animal models of cancer is desired but not required. The incumbent
